Starts at $2,450 flat fee
A seamless coordination experience for intimate, close-to-home celebrations up to 75 guests. From day one, your private digital suite keeps planning organized before our team steps in 30 days prior. We refine your master timeline, align your vendor team, and execute every detail on-site so you can be fully present with your guests.
The SoCal Destination Experience
Starts at $3,150 flat fee
Designed for elevated celebrations across Southern California’s most inspiring locations—from coastal estates and vineyards to historic landmarks. Stepping in one month prior, we take over vendor communication, audit contracts, and manage on-site logistics so your destination gathering runs effortlessly.
The ‘Night Before’ or ‘Morning After’ Experience
+ $550 flat fee per selected experience
Extend your hospitality beyond the main event. Whether hosting welcome cocktails, a rehearsal dinner, or a farewell brunch, we provide up to three hours of dedicated on-site coordination so you can linger with your guests and savor every moment.
